Privacy Policy — Rapid Repair Construction, LLC and Its DBAs
This privacy notice describes the practices of Rapid Repair Construction, LLC and its DBA service brands, including Rapid Repair Construction, Rapid Repair Handyman, Rapid Drywall Repair, Garbage Disposal Repairman, and RRC Painting (collectively, “Rapid Repair”). It applies to information collected through our websites, inquiry forms, and direct customer communications, except where otherwise stated. It will notify you of the following:

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We use service providers such as website hosting, customer relationship management, phone, messaging, scheduling, and payment processors to operate our business and fulfill customer requests. These providers process information on our behalf for those purposes.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
SMS Messaging and Consent
Rapid Repair may send service-related text messages about estimates, appointments, scheduling, and project communications when customers have provided the appropriate consent. Promotional texts about Rapid Repair services are sent only to customers who separately opt in to marketing messages. Marketing SMS consent is optional and is not required to request an estimate or purchase services. Consent given for one messaging purpose or DBA does not automatically authorize unrelated promotional messages from another brand.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may use contracted service providers to operate Rapid Repair communications, but not to market independently using SMS consent information.
