🔧 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and website inquiries in a polite and professional manner
📅 Schedule appointments for service calls and estimates, balancing technician availability and customer needs
👂 Listen carefully to customers’ concerns and accurately record details of their service requests
💬 Provide clear and friendly explanations about our services, pricing, and process
🔁 Follow up on leads, quotes, or previous jobs to ensure customer satisfaction and secure future business
📢 Communicate job details and updates between customers, technicians, and management
🗂️ Maintain and update customer records, job notes, and scheduling systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency (experience with HouseCall Pro or similar field service software is a plus)
🛠️ Assist in resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally
🤝 Contribute to a positive team environment and help identify ways to improve our customer service processes

📲 Experience with HouseCall Pro or similar field service management software is a plus
